Preheat oven to 325°F and then line two 8-inch cake pans with parchment and spray.
In a large bowl mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and both sugars.
In a medium bowl, mix together the eggs, water, vanilla, sour cream and oil.
Mix the wet ingredients into the dry and mix until no dry streaks remain.
Pour batter into sprayed pans and bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Time to decorate!
When the cakes are cool, frost the top of one of the cakes with chocolate frosting and top with the second cake, placing the second cake upside down on top so that the bottom of the cake is now the top.
Frost the entire cake with a thick layer of chocolate frosting and chill to set.
Fill the silicone bone molds with white coating chocolate, and chill to set.
Crumble the graham crackers and Oreo cookies separately, then mix the two together until desired color mix is reached.
Position the bones onto the cake then gently push them into the frosting.
Coat the cake with the crumb mix to cover the exposed cake.
