  • 1/2 cup of Lemon Juice

Equipment

  • Zoku Popsicles Maker
  • Zoku Character kit
  • Fruit juicer
  • Blender

  • Apples

Let's get started!

  1. For the Creamsicle Popsicles, mix together all the ingredients in a medium bowl until well combined. Place the bowl in fridge.
  2.  For the Pink Lemonade Popsicles, juice the lemons using the fruit juicer. Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl until the sugar has dissolved and set aside.
  3. For the strawberry popsicles, put all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Strain the mixture to remove the seeds and place the bowl in the fridge.
  4. For the Blue Raspberry Popsicles, mix together the juice and the sugar until dissolved. Add the water, blue raspberry syrup and mix well.

Time to decorate!

  1. Using some blue candy, cut small circle for the eyes.
  2. Using a large knife, cut really thin slices of the apple and use the small circle cutters for the eyes.
  3. Cut out  a smaller circle from the large apple discs for the pupils. Place the blue pupils in the smaller holes.
  4. Assemble the eyes on the rubber popsicle making sure the eyes are facing the same way. Press the rubber popsicle on top of the popsicle maker.
  5. Pour the mixtures in the cavities and freeze until firm.
