1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup butter
½ cup cookie butter
½ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
½ cup whole milk
¾ cup mini chocolate chips

White frosting in a decorating bag fitted with a #1A tip

Let's get started!
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder and salt.
In a large bowl, use a hand mixer to beat together butter, cookie butter, sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating between each addition and scraping down the sides.
Add vanilla extract and mix well.
On low speed, alternate adding the flour mixture and the milk to the butter mixture, beginning and ending with the flour mixture.
Fold in mini chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into cupcake liners and bake for 14 to 16 minutes.
Time to decorate!
Once the cupcakes have cooled completely, use buttercream frosting and a #1A tip to pipe domes on top of each (PICTURE at 3:32).
Place a Smart Cookie topper face-up on each cupcake.
