Star Wars Blue and Green Milk
A refreshing dairy-free Blue and Green milk recipe similar to the ones at Star War's Galaxy's Edge in Disneyland.
Yield: Each milk recipe makes approx. 4 cups
Things you'll need
Ingredients for the Blue Milk- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/3 cups pineapple juice
- 3/4 cups coconut milk
- 1/3 cups rice milk
- 4 tbsp sweetened coconut cream
- 2 cups of ice or more
Ingredients for the Green Milk
- 1/2 orange juice
- 2 cups passion fruit juice
- 3/4 coconut milk
- 1/2 rice milk
- 4 tablespoons light corn syrup
- 2 cups of ice or more
Decorations
- Food color: white, blue, green, yellow
- Blender
Let's get started!
For the Blue Milk
- Using the blender, blend the pineapple chunks, pineapple juice, coconut milk, rice milk and coconut cream until smooth.
- Add a couple drops of white food color then add the blue food coloring gradually until the desired shade of blue is achieved.
- Add the ice and blend until smooth.
For the Green Milk
- Using a blender, blend the orange juice, passion fruit juice, coconut milk, rice milk and light corn syrup until smooth.
- Add one drop of green food color. Slowly add the yellow food color until the desired color is achieved.
- Add the ice and blend until smooth.
