Star Wars Blue and Green Milk

 

A refreshing dairy-free Blue and Green milk recipe similar to the ones at Star War's Galaxy's Edge in Disneyland.

Yield: Each milk recipe makes approx. 4 cups

 

Things you'll need

Ingredients for the Blue Milk
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/3 cups pineapple juice
  • 3/4 cups coconut milk
  • 1/3 cups rice milk
  • 4 tbsp sweetened coconut cream
  • 2 cups of ice or more

Ingredients for the Green Milk

  • 1/2 orange juice
  • 2 cups passion fruit juice
  • 3/4 coconut milk
  • 1/2 rice milk
  • 4 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • 2 cups of ice or more

Decorations

  • Food color: white, blue, green, yellow
Equipment
  • Blender

Let's get started!

For the Blue Milk

  1. Using the blender, blend the pineapple chunks, pineapple juice, coconut milk, rice milk and coconut cream until smooth.
  2. Add a couple drops of white food color then add the blue food coloring gradually until the desired shade of blue is achieved.
  3. Add the ice and blend until smooth.

For the Green Milk

  1.  Using a blender, blend the orange juice, passion fruit juice, coconut milk, rice milk and light corn syrup until smooth.
  2. Add one drop of green food color. Slowly add the yellow food color until the desired color is achieved.
  3. Add the ice and blend until smooth.
