Unicorn Pineapple Popsicles
These unicorn pineapple popsicles are so refreshing and delicious on a hot summer day. They're very easy to make and they'll surely win the hearts of all unicorn lovers out there!
Yield: Makes 6 unicorn pineapple
Things you'll need
Ingredients- ½ cup frozen pineapple
- ½ cup frozen mango
- ½ cup pineapple orange juice
- ¼ cup coconut water
- Ro Unicorn Horn Mold (Ro Baking Line by Wilton)
Let's get started!
- Using a blender, blend the frozen pineapple, frozen mango, pineapple orange juice and coconut water until smooth.
- Pour the juice into the mold and place the handles back on top.
- Place the mold in the freezer and freeze for 4 hour or more.
